For
our family Christmas dinner 2012, I suggested an
idea to my mom to make a home suki at our back yard!. Thanks to my smart hot
mama, my multitalented dad and the big stomach of mine and my sis’, we pulled it off really well!

TIPS : We are using thin cut beef (khas dalam), you may ask the butcher to cut it
thin for suki, they must know how. Seasoned with “Ken’s steak house Asian
Lite seasoning” (bought it in Giant
supermarket), and fry it with olive oil. It was easy, homey,
and tasted really good. Try it for your own family occasions!
